Payment

All tours must be paid in full 7 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 7 days need to be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

When booking a private half day, full day or night charter we strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance upon making your booking.

For our shared charters we have a strict 72hr cancellation and rescheduling policy.

For our private half day, full day and night charters, bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the trip.

Please note ALL rescheduling is subject to booking availability.

If a trip is canceled by Out n About Sportfishing due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your trip within the next 12 months.

Conduct 

As fishing in the open ocean can be a dangerous activity. You need to adhere to the rules & directions given by our crew and we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the trip if you refuse to do so.

Changes 

The sea and the weather are unpredictable. Out n About Sportfishing will be entitled to make changes to your tour if it is deemed unsafe to go out at sea.

Equipment 

All fishing gear, bait and tackle which you will require for the trip will be provided by Out n About Sportfishing.

You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to any equipment caused by negligence, irresponsible behaviour or failure to comply with rules or directions.

You can supply your own equipment if it is in safe and functioning condition and suitable for the Tour.
