BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Payment

  • All tours must be paid in full 7 days prior to departure.
  • Bookings made within 7 days need to be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • For private half-day, full day, or night charters, we strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
  • For our shared charters, a strict 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
  • Private charters can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the trip, subject to availability.
  • If a trip is cancelled by Out N About Sportfishing due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your trip to a new date that is suitable or issue a travel credit.

Conduct 

  • Safety is paramount when fishing in the open ocean. You must follow all rules and directions provided by our crew.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the trip if you fail to adhere to these safety instructions.
  • If you have any underlying health conditions, you must inform us prior to your charters departure.

Changes 

  • Due to the unpredictable nature of the sea and weather, Out N About Sportfishing reserves the right to modify your tour if conditions are deemed unsafe for travel.

Equipment 

  • All necessary fishing gear, bait, and tackle will be provided by Out N About Sportfishing.
  • You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment resulting from negligence, irresponsible behavior, or failure to comply with our rules and directions.
  • If you choose to supply your own equipment, it must be in safe, functioning condition and suitable for the tour
